The SIP-T42S IP phone is a dynamic business communications tool for superior voice communications and extended functionality. It has a faster, more responsive interface than the T42G and offers better overall performance. The SIP-T42S is a 12-line IP phone with multiple programmable keys for enhancing productivity. It is with Yealink Optima HD Voice Technology and wideband codec of Opus for superb sound quality and crystal clear communications.What’s more, the SIP-T42S is built with Gigabit Ethernet technology for rapid call handling. Plus, with an all-new USB port, the SIP-T42S boasts unparalleled functionality and expansibility with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and USB recording features. The new T4S series offers the same elegant appearance of the T4 line, but with improvements for greater interoperability and collaboration.
SHIPPING
Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped out the same day. After that time, items will be shipped the next business day
Orders placed after 10 a.m. CST Friday will ship the following Monday
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays
Although we ship to most areas served by UPS they are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, FPO and APO addresses
We ship to certain international locations (unless special arrangements are made using your company FedEx or UPS account)
Transit time is usually 2-7 business days to continental United States, contact us if you need to expedite your order
PAYMENT
We only accept PayPal payments from Verified Buyers with Confirmed Addresses (don’t have an account?  Pay with a debit or credit card over PayPal)
Credit Cards used for payment through PayPal must be issued by a US Bank with a US billing address

Applicable sales tax will be charged to orders shipped to the states of California, Illinois and Minnesota
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are accepted if the item received is DOA, damaged, defective or not as described.
Buyer must contact us to obtain an RMA and return instructions within 14 days upon product arrival for damaged, defective prior to returning the item
Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number
After approval, buyer have 20 days to return the damaged/defective item
All items being returned must be packaged in their manufacture/original packaging
All refund will be processed through PayPal once we have received and inspected the item
For all other returns, there will be a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost
