Medical Benefits:
Coriander is used for digestion problems including upset stomach, loss of appetite, hernia, nausea, diarrhea, bowel spasms, and intestinal gas. It is also used to treat measles, hemorrhoids, toothaches, worms, and joint pain, as well as infections caused by bacteria and fungus.
Coriander seed helps in reducing bad cholesterol and promotes good cholesterol in the body. These are rich in copper, zinc, iron and other essential minerals that increases RBC and improves heart health. Coriander seeds also help in increasing metabolism.
Origin and History:
Coriander is a plant from the family of Apiaceae.
Coriander was mentioned in ancient texts, and the seeds have been found in ruins dating back to 5000 B.C.
The Israelites used coriander in their cooking. The Book of Numbers compares coriander with manna. And, the Chinese believe that those who consume coriander seeds will be rewarded with immortality. Gerard described coriander as a “very stinking herb” but did discuss the merits of the dried seed.
How to Use:
Whole seeds can be worn in a sachet to help ease headache pain. The aromatic nature of the seeds encourages an opening of the airways, often resulting in a release of pressure.
Powdered seeds can be mixed with wine or even included in an incense mix. These are thought to lift the mood of the room and create a sense of healing and love-drawing.

We use USPS First Class or USPS Priority (whatever is more cost effective or requested).
