These phones were removed from our working system that was recently retired. The phones are all in very good shape but do not include the paper that goes under the plastic to label the buttons.
The major weakness of this phone model is the keypad which frequently fails. All these phones have keypads that work well.
I have 9 other SP1414-71 phones for sales whose keypads do not function perfectly (see my other ebay listing).
I have one SP1412-71 (no display, black) that works well - you can have this for extra if you purchase one of these.
If you want handsets and cords, they are per phone extra (not included with this listing).

Note shipping is for the first item then free after that which results is a lower price the more you purchase.
