Condition: Not sure if painted this way or it has old staining but there are spots of brown on yellow background mostly around the top and it looks as if someone had some gray concrete on the inside that got around the rim on the bottom. tooks lots of pictures showing all this. please see all pictures. No chips or cracks. No grazing. One spot on back of vase that looks like a drop of concrete got on vase. took picture of that also
