    Description

    This is a vintage ruffler foot attachment for a Singer machine, although it will probably work on other low shank machines.  It appears to be in working condition although I did NOT attach it to a machine to test, but I do sew and moved the attachment to simulate the ruffling and it seems just fine.
    Non smoking - one doggy home (he does not sew)
