Description
Up for sale is an unsigned vintage seemingly Ohio style American pottery white wall pocket of a young woman or girl with large bonnet, curls, held with large bow, recently found at auction in Lancaster County PA. Chip bottom left but still sweet, once it has flowers your eye will be drawn upward away from the chip. Maybe could be painted with off white or bleached cleaner. 3 7/8 x 7 7/8". Pocket approx 1x1.5". Not bonnet sue style but still a great bonnet girl piece. Best guess 1930s, 40s. There are also chips on the back under the pocket, not noticeable from the front.Best of luck in bidding.
