his Vintage Green Yellow Cream Scalloped Shell Design Wall Pocket measures 8 5/8" long, 5 5/8" across, and 1 3/4" wide.  It is stamped on the back side but I can not make out maker.  There are some very small minor air bubbles and wear to paint on the bottom back side consistent with light use.  Otherwise, it is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing, and would make a wonderful addition to your collection
