    Description

    This is a vintage ruffler foot attachment for a Brother machine, although it will probably work on other low shank machines.  It is ALL metal except the white plastic knobs of which one is chipped as shown in the picture.  It appears to be in working condition although I did NOT attach it to a machine to test, but I do sew and moved the attachment to simulate the ruffling and it seems just fine.
