    Description

    Up for auction a vintage bright and colorful bird wall pocket, similar in style to the ones produced about the 1950s by Morton Pottery.
    The pocket measures 7 1/4" tall from top to bottom, 4 3/4" wide from side to side, 1 11/16" thick from front to back and weighs 13.4 ounces prior to packing for shipping.  Will ship in a 10x6x4 box.
    This piece is in good used vintage condition without cracks or repairs.  There is a glaze skip under the bird's neck.  There is a small flake on the right back corner edge.  I see a couple of inclusions, glaze bubbles and pops.
