    Description

    Hard to Find Early US Navy BUWEPS (WEPs) Nylon Flight Jacket (Jacket Winter Flying Suit) dating from the 1950’s early Vietnam era. The jacket is a size 38 Regular and was manufactured by the Aviators Clothing Co. the jacket has the specification number: MIL-S-18342A and the contract number N383-30581A. Condition is "USED". The jacket is used, shows some wear, discoloration, but is otherwise in good shape for its age and when considering how fragile these jackets can be. There is some discoloration around the buttons and under the arms near the knitted cuffs. The knitted cuffs and neck area have some minor mothing, but are in surprisingly good shape for their age. The zipper works good and all buttons are present. There are some holes in the inner lining, but nothing too bad. Please look at the photographs to better judge condition for yourself.
