    Will not work without a Toshiba phone system controller.
    Will not work on a plain phone line.
    DKT2020-SD charcoal gray (aka black) display speakerphone. Refurbished. Comes with new new cords and a blank label.
    Tested on an Toshiba phone system prior to shipment. The display does work, the handset cord clicks in place and the switch-hook works properly. Those 3 things are very common problems on the DKT2010-SD and DKT2020-SD phones. With that in mind, a DKT3020-SD phone is a better choice. It will work in place of a DKT2020-SD phone without reprogramming.
