This spell bottle was cleansed before the spell was created using Lavender, Catnip, Rosemary, and Mugwort for herbs, and shards of Amethyst, Rose Quartz, and Clear Quartz for crystals. The bottle comes sealed in pink and yellow spell candle wax and pink twine. You deserve to be loved, especially by yourself! For all that your body and mind has gotten you through, a reminder to slow down and appreciate yourself, take part in self care activities, and be patient with yourself is never not a great idea for an addition to your altar, decor shelf at home, or even by your bedside or as a gift for someone dealing with self image issues.
