SINGER Singercraft Guide No 2 & Extension, Pattern, Insructions, Box 120989 120983 Extension Centennial SIMANCO
This was part of my mother's extensive sewing collection. The box says it is a souvenir package for the centennial of Singer, 1851 - 1951. There is Guide Number 2 with the special blue top and the globe and dates commemorating the 100th anniversary (120983).  In addition, there is another tool, an "extension" that says it is a width extension (120989). These tools are in good shape for their age. They have a few scratches throughout. Please see pictures for details, and use the zoom tool. Also included are the instructions for both the original guide number two and the width extension. Please note both the instructions are discolored, stained, and ripped in some areas. please see pictures
The red box for the guide is also included. It has words saying that it is " a souvenir package", "1851 one hundred years of worldwide leadership" "the Singer manufacturing company",  and "a simple practical device for rugmaking". It also has a price hand written on it, (.75)  which is what my mother must have paid for it many years ago. Please note that the box has been used and has areas where there are rips and damage to the cardboard. Please see pictures for details.
The package for the extension is also included. It is a small paper envelope. It is ripped on one side where my mother opened it. It is also discolored with age. It has the original 1950s handwritten price of {{detail_product_description}}.35 on it, which is probably what my mother purchased it for back in the 1950s.
Lastly there is a pattern that comes with this equipment. The pattern has been used and was stuffed into the box. Because of this it is heavily wrinkled and torn. This pattern is No. A . It has writing on it that says "printed in the USA", "use three distinctive colors", and a few other things. Is made from very thin delicate pattern paper, so it is very fragile along with being wrinkled and torn. Please see pictures for details.
