    Description

    Beautiful WM Haynes flute from 1942 with "Sterling" and the serial number stamped on each joint, set up and ready to play on pads that are in very good condition.  There was a bump to the bottom of the foot joint which created a slight bump which is visible in photos #2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, no effect on the marvelous, clear sound of this instrument.  Original case in very good condition; both the case and the flute have not been used a lot.  A rare and special Haynes flute from the era of that company's finest craftsmanship!
