    RARE - Beautiful Vintage Pears Wall Pocket, Wall Planter, Wall Vase -- 2pc Set
    Pick a pair of Pears for your next kitchen decor!
    This wall pocket was made in Japan. The wall pocket does not have any markings depicting the company that made it, but only is marked as "Made in Japan" and is consistent with other wall pockets I have had in my collection from the 1950's.
    The wall pocket was made in the mold to have a rectangular shape for the planter with a detailed raised design in the front.
    The wall pocket was coated all over in a white glaze. Other glazes were hand painted on the details.
    The design is of two yellow pairs highlighted with a dark yellow and joined by their green leaves. A brown branch joins the leaves and pears together. Gold was sponged on to give the wall pocket colors glow.
    On the back of the wall pocket two small round holes were made for ease of mounting on your wall.
    This wall pocket measures 2 1/4" wide, 5" long and stands 5 1/2" high.
    This wall pocket is in great vintage condition. There are no cracks. There is no loss to the colors or glazes used. There is a tiny nick on two leaves, but not really noticeable.
    This is a very pretty and bright wall pocket that would be a great piece of decor for your vintage home!
