Polar Vortex Snow, water witch spell/curse/binding/freezing ingredient 5ML tubes

A rare gift of nature to the pagans, wiccans, and water witches of the world. Unless you are planning a trip to the South Pole, you may not have another chance to buy or collect an ingredient like this for the duration of your lifetime.
This listing is for snow water collected under the polar vortex, which was recently distended over the American Midwest, resulting in wind chills of under -50 degrees Fahrenheit. This snow was collected at some personal risk on January 30th, 2019, the 2nd coldest day ever recorded in the history of my area, central Iowa, at precisely the moment the waning crescent moon -- under which it had been charging all night, suffused with these Arctic temperatures -- was scheduled to set. See pictures, as I photographed as much of this as I could without freezing my fingers off (and, just for the record, that level of cold is seriously painful on bare skin!).
The ingredient, the sky and ground from which it came, and any purposes for which it may be used were all blessed at the time of gathering. The snow was allowed to melt naturally once it was brought indoors, after which it was carefully transferred to medical-grade plastic, 5-millileter tubes. It will be shipped in these tubes. It has not been touched by human hands, or anything other than the glass in which it was contained while melting.
If you are planning a freezing spell or a binding spell to rid your life of negativity in the near future, this should prove some pretty potent stuff. Potential forms of negativity to freeze might include poor health, bad habits, pernicious gossip, unwanted sexual advances, or simply winter blues. If you are particularly powerful, maybe you could use it to help halt the on-coming climate change that brought us this ingredient in the first place (and, if you can, pretty please do!). I don't meddle with black magick for personal reasons myself, but if you are into something like the #BindTrump thing, it might not go amiss there, either. Conversely, if you are simply from a warmer climate that doesn't get much snow, you could potentially also use this for some more generic cleansing or blessing purpose. The snowfall itself, notwithstanding the outrageous temperatures and the phase of the moon under which it charged, was pretty peaceful.
Obviously, supplies are very limited. A quantity of 1 for this listing includes a single, 5 ML tube of snow water, and I only have 50 of these total. When they are gone, they are gone.
