This is an original 1992 Nirvana Smiley Face t-shirt. It is one sided and has no printing on the back. It has no clothing tag inside (see photos). I would say it fits like a men's medium to large. It measures 20 inches armpit to armpit. And 27 inches from the top of the shoulder down the back to the bottom hem. And 21 inches across the bottom when folded. Please ask questions before bidding if you are unsure of the size. It's from a smoke free home and has no holes or damage. It's in mint condition and very soft with no bad smells
