This is a beautiful vintage pottery/ceramic wall pocket with a striking black glossy glaze, gold accents, and a pretty subtle floral pattern. No maker's name or stamp evident. This classic mid-century modern styled wall pocket measures 6" high, is just under 5 1/3" across at widest point, and is 2 1/3" from rounded front to flat back. Has a handpainted gold pattern on ribbed ceramic and horizontal line/raised rim around cone shaped bottom and just below top edge. Has a pretty subtle floral pattern on front; blue flowers with pink center and leaves that are dark-colored and blend into the black glossy background. A pretty and striking piece. In excellent condition; no chips, cracks, scratches, or faded glossy black. Only minor vintage wear.
