My Heart Flew Away That Day - Miscarriage and Loss Spiritual Healing Support Jar

This spell jar has herbs aligned with healing and support after miscarriage or loss, for protection of you and your baby in your current or future pregnancy, and to remind you to be gentle with yourself.
I created this jar after suffering a miscarriage, and after raising my voice about the emotional pain, realizing the vast number of women who experience this. It was by far the most difficult thing I had been through, and I remember feeling like my heart just flew away and left me empty.
I poured so much love and healing energy into these jars. I spent a long time carefully picking the herbs and crystals for them, but when I started putting them together the herbs chose themselves. Here's what we have:
Copal (for grounding and self-love)
Angelica root (for protection of you and your baby)
Jasmine (for self-love and opening your eyes to the beauty of the world)
Baby's breath (to honor your baby)
Motherwort (to remind you who you are and bring you back to your path)
Strawberry leaf (for protection in future pregnancies, and motivation to try again)
Lavender (to remind you to be gentle with yourself)
Calendula (for happiness and protection of your baby and future pregnancies)
Crystal:
Morganite (to open your heart and help you feel whole)
How to use:
There's a variety of ways to use a spell jar: you can seal your intent in it by placing a small paper inside with your written intentions and burying it or placing it on your altar. You can also place this by your door or window to prevent negativity or unwanted individuals from entering your home. You can bury the contents or the whole jar on a piece of property to protect it and seal your intentions in the Earth. Or, you can just use it as an altar decoration!
