I think it might be made by Gracie's Teaware but is marked different.
I found few sets with the same snowman design made by
Gracie's Teaware.
Teapot and mug marked on the bottom - 117 T
Teapot approx 9" tall, diameter on the bottom - 5.5". Mug approx 3.5" tall, diameter on the bottom - 3.5". Total weight (set) - 3 lbs
