Beautiful vintage, original signature of FRANK SINATRA signed in pencil with lengthy salutation "To Jay- With Fondest Regards, Sincerely" circa 1940s. Signed paper measures approximately 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 and the back is held together with an even layer of scotch tape.
