Doctor Easy recommends a solution of 1 part 3% hydrogen peroxide to 4 parts "body temperature" water. If desired, add a few drops of shampoo to the solution. Mix well before using. The Manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any other solution use.

Caution:
Always examine the patient's ear before and after cleaning. Do not use this device in the presence of infections, ruptured tympanic membranes, or tympanic tubes.
Do not insert the hose tip too far into the ear canal in order to avoid possible injury to the tympanic membrane.
After ear has been cleaned, rinse away any remaining solution in the canal with warm water. The device should then be emptied and left to dry.

On your Rhino Ear Washer purchase. You will be impressed by its performance! But, before you use it, please familiarize yourself with the following information.
WARNING
1. Do not use this device in the presence of infection, ruptured tympanic membranes or tympanic tubes.
2. Make sure to install a tip before using. Ensure that the tip end is not inserted too far into the ear canal as to avoid injury to the tympanic membrane.
DO NOT PULL
Tip off end, make sure to UNSCREW after each use. Also, if flow of fluid is impeded due to the bending or plugging of tip end, back pressure may cause the tubing to separate from the barbed end of fitting.

4. Do not use this device for any other purpose except that for which it is intended.
5. Always read the instructions printed on the bottle prior to each use. Rinse away any remaining solutions in the ear and allow the device to dry.
6. You may disinfect the exterior of the blue nozzle by wiping off with diluted disinfectant solution. You may disinfect the interior with the same solution by spraying through the trigger mechanism.

2nd Day and Overnight Shipments are NOT delivered on the weekends. If you select 2nd Day on Thursday, your package will not be delivered until Monday. Likewise, Overnight orders purchased on Friday are not delivered until Monday.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Shipping costs and time-in-transit depend on its destination country.
We ONLY ship to verified PayPal addresses or to the same address as the billing address of the credit card holder. We also insure each international package so that you (and we) are covered in case the package gets lost. Our Free Shipping does not apply to international orders.
We use USPS to ship to most countries.
We have found this service to be both economical and speedy, but we will ship with UPS upon request. Shipping typically takes 6-10 business days with USPS First Class International Mail.
A current telephone number is required for international shipping.
Other Fees and Import Taxes
We do not know if your country will charge you import duties, taxes and/or fees, therefore they are not covered in our shipping charge.
It is your responsibility to know if you will be charged fees
upon receiving your package. Contact your post office if you have questions about fees in your country. If you reject the package because you don't want to pay fees, the shipping fee you originally paid is non-refundable.
International Warranty and Repairs
We will allow you to return any product you are not satisfied with within 30 days. However, w
e do not refund international shipping charges.

ou are responsible for the shipping charge back to us, so make sure you know what size, style, and color you want. It can get very expensive shipping products back! We also cannot warranty items that need to be repaired or have defects, this is your risk when purchasing from overseas.
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14 day return policy for most products as long as they are in unused, unopened, original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. We will arrange and pay for return shipping on any item that we shipped incorrectly. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping under any other circumstances. The returned product must be unopened and in a condition that it can be resold as new. Please remember to keep all the original packaging and documentation in the event that your item(s) needs to be returned or exchanged.
