Adjust'O'Matic Perfect Fit Dress Form Never Used with Stand in Box

This is a vintage original Adjust-O-Matic Perfect Fit Dress Form. This paper dress form has never been used or assembled. It is in its original box which is a plain cardboard box with printed information on it. The stand is still in its original box also. The instruction sheet is included. I have photographs of the front page and inside page of the instruction sheet, but it is a fold-out sheet that includes assembly instructions. The dress form is put together in three sections.
All pieces of the form are present. They are pretty badly discolored which seems to be very common. Some of the larger pieces are also slightly bent just from storage inside the box. The instruction sheet has a couple of small holes and minor wear along the bottom edge, but it is completely readable and useable for assembling the form. It is also discolored. The box has a few issues, but it is together for the most part. I plan to mail the form in its original box covered in brown paper, unless requested to do otherwise.
The patent number indicates the patent was issued in 1960 so it was made no earlier than 1960, but there is no specific date on the item itself. This is a great sewing room collectible or display.
