Rhodolite garnet, its named was applied from a mixture of pyrope and almandite. Rhodolite garnet in purple or purple pink hue is the most expensive and highly desirable and popular. All familiar red garnet , rhodolite tend to be lighter in color than another garnet, sometime similarly to red ruby. The rough of rhodolite is most found in Tanzania and North Carolina. Peridot is quietly hard ? it's hardness about 7 to 7.5 on the Mohs scale and yet it is easy to care for and quite robus. Assumbly, rhodolite is a jewellery stone which is excellently suited to daily wear, without requiring special care.
