Interesting 1960's Japanese Tailored Uniform (Jacket and pants) to a long serving Ordnance Colonel. One article claimed he was the senior most Colonel in the Army when he retired. Note the Aerial Gunner wings; EXTREMELY RARE to see on an officer and so long after they were phased out of existence! Last two ribbons are Texas National Guard. Comes with an original photo, certificate, newspaper article, and some copies of research. The Westmoreland letter is a copy but details his career. Three News Paper articles I was not able to get in the 12 photos. Note: tare underside of Tunic at armpit is on both "pits"
